biological age
Body's true years
Biological age is a measure of how old someone's body appears based on physiological markers rather than years lived.
Unlike chronological age, which simply counts time since birth, biological age reflects cellular health, organ function, and other biomarkers that indicate how well or poorly the body is aging.
Someone with a biological age lower than their chronological age is aging well; higher suggests accelerated decline.
Her biological age tested ten years younger than her actual age.
