cybersickness

Headset-induced nausea

Cybersickness is nausea, dizziness, and disorientation caused by virtual reality, video games, or other immersive digital environments.

Similar to motion sickness, it arises when visual input suggests movement while the body remains still: I had to take off the VR headset—the cybersickness was getting bad.
