cranker
One who rotates
A cranker is someone or something that cranks—turns a handle, produces output, or generates activity.
In bowling, a cranker is a player who imparts heavy spin on the ball, creating dramatic hook patterns: He's a cranker who can really move the pins.
The term also appears in fishing for anglers who favor crankbaits, and informally for someone who produces work rapidly: She's a real cranker when deadline hits.
