crêpe paper

Party decoration material

Crêpe paper is thin, crinkled paper with a textured surface, used for decorations, crafts, and gift wrapping.

The characteristic puckers give it stretch and flexibility: We made streamers from crêpe paper for the party.

Also spelled crepe paper.
