cowherds
They mind bovines
Cowherds are people who tend cattle, watching over them as they graze and moving them between pastures.
The word is old-fashioned in most English-speaking regions, where such workers are more commonly called ranchers, cattlemen, or cowboys.
The cowherds drove the herd down from the summer pastures.
