condo insurance
Apartment owner's policy
Condo insurance covers the interior of a condominium unit and its contents, along with personal liability.
Unlike homeowners insurance, it doesn't cover the building's exterior or common areas—that's handled by the condo association's master policy.
Also called HO-6 insurance: The association requires all owners to carry condo insurance.
