cluttering
Filling with junk
Cluttering is a speech disorder characterized by rapid, irregular speech that becomes difficult to understand—words tumble out in bursts, syllables get swallowed, and the rhythm feels disorganized.
Unlike stuttering, which involves blocks and repetitions, cluttering involves excessive speed and collapsed phrases.
The speaker often seems unaware of the problem.
Separately, cluttering is simply filling a space with too much stuff: Stop cluttering up the counter with your mail.
