Eye-strain is fatigue or discomfort in the eyes from prolonged use—reading, screen time, driving, or other visually demanding tasks.
Symptoms include tired eyes, headaches, blurred vision, and difficulty focusing.
After eight hours at the computer, the eye-strain was brutal.
