chimichurris
Herby green drizzles
Chimichurris is the plural of chimichurri, an Argentine sauce of finely chopped parsley, garlic, olive oil, oregano, and vinegar.
It's the classic accompaniment to grilled meats, especially steak: The restaurant served three different chimichurris with the asado.
The sauce appears in red and green versions, the red adding tomato or red pepper.
