chicken thighs
Juicy poultry cuts
Chicken thighs are the upper leg portions of a chicken, darker and more flavorful than breast meat due to higher fat content.
They're prized for staying moist during cooking: I prefer chicken thighs for braising.
Sold bone-in or boneless, skin-on or skinless, they're generally cheaper than breasts and more forgiving of overcooking.
