call sheets
Daily filming itineraries
A call sheet is a document distributed to cast and crew before a film or television shoot, detailing the next day's schedule.
It lists call times (when each person must arrive), locations, scenes to be filmed, and contact information.
The assistant director typically prepares call sheets and sends them the evening before: Check the call sheet—we're starting with the exterior scenes.
