bi-level

Having two floors

Bi-level describes something with two levels or stories.

A bi-level house has living spaces on two floors, typically with the entry between them: They bought a bi-level in the suburbs.

The term also applies to other two-tiered arrangements: bi-level train cars, bi-level parking structures.
