White Zombie
Pale reanimated corpse
White Zombie is an American heavy metal band formed in 1985, known for blending hard rock with horror movie imagery and industrial sounds.
Their 1992 album *La Sexorcisto: Devil Music Volume One* brought them mainstream success.
The band took its name from a 1932 horror film about Haitian voodoo, starring Bela Lugosi.
Lead singer Rob Zombie later pursued a solo career and became a horror film director.
