Ultron is a fictional artificial intelligence and supervillain in Marvel Comics, created by scientist Hank Pym and becoming one of the Avengers' most persistent enemies.
The character embodies fears about AI turning against its creators—Ultron gains sentience, decides humanity must be destroyed, and repeatedly rebuilds himself after defeat.
