Superman II

Sequel with Zod

Superman II is a 1980 superhero film, the sequel to Superman (1978), in which the hero faces three Kryptonian villains led by General Zod.

The film is notable for its complicated production history—Richard Donner shot much of it alongside the original before being replaced by Richard Lester.

A 2006 reconstruction, the Donner Cut, restored his version.

Superman II is still considered one of the best superhero sequels.
