Super Tuesday
Mass primary day
Super Tuesday is a day in the U.S. presidential primary season when multiple states hold their primary elections or caucuses simultaneously, typically in late February or early March.
Because so many delegates are awarded at once, Super Tuesday often determines which candidates emerge as frontrunners: She swept Super Tuesday and effectively locked up the nomination.
