Scrum
Iterative development framework
Scrum is an agile framework for software development that organizes work into short iterations called sprints, typically two to four weeks.
Teams hold daily standups (called scrums), and roles include product owner and scrum master.
The methodology borrows its name from rugby's scrum formation, emphasizing teamwork and coordinated effort. (Lowercase scrum is the rugby formation or a jostling crowd.)
