Rambo

Reckless solo combatant

Rambo is a fictional action hero, a Vietnam War veteran played by Sylvester Stallone in a series of films beginning in 1982.

The name has become shorthand for aggressive, violent, one-man heroics—often with a critical edge suggesting recklessness or excessive force: He went full Rambo on them.

To go Rambo is to attack a situation with overwhelming aggression, usually alone.
