RRP
Manufacturer's price suggestion
RRP stands for recommended retail price—the price a manufacturer suggests retailers charge for a product.
It's the British equivalent of American MSRP (manufacturer's suggested retail price).
Retailers often advertise discounts against the RRP: Was £50 RRP, now £35.
The term appears on packaging and in advertising to establish a reference point for perceived savings.
