Pitcairn

Remote Pacific territory

Pitcairn is a remote British territory in the South Pacific, famous as the refuge of the HMS Bounty mutineers who settled there in 1790.

The Pitcairn Islands include three uninhabited islands alongside Pitcairn itself, which remains one of the world's least populated jurisdictions: The Pitcairn community descends from the Bounty crew and their Tahitian companions.
