PTOs is the plural of PTO, an initialism with two common meanings.
In workplace contexts, PTO stands for paid time off—vacation, sick days, or personal leave bundled into a single allowance: I have three PTOs left this year.
In mechanical contexts, PTO means power take-off, a shaft that transfers engine power to attached equipment: The tractor's PTO drives the mower.
