OCs
Fandom's invented personas
OCs is internet and fandom slang for original characters—fictional characters created by fans or amateur writers rather than borrowed from existing media.
Artists and writers share their OCs in online communities, often with detailed backstories and artwork: I've been working on my OCs for years.
The term appears frequently in fan fiction, roleplay, and art-sharing contexts.
