Ho Chi Minh Trail
Wartime Southeast Asian route
A network of jungle paths and roads running from North Vietnam through Laos and Cambodia into South Vietnam, used during the Vietnam War to supply communist forces in the south.
The trail became a major target of American bombing campaigns.
Named for the North Vietnamese leader Ho Chi Minh, it symbolizes guerrilla logistics and resilience against superior firepower.
