Harold Ramis

Harold Ramis was an American actor, writer, and director who helped define comedy in the late twentieth century.

He co-wrote *Ghostbusters*, *Caddyshack*, and *Groundhog Day*, and played the bespectacled Egon Spengler in the *Ghostbusters* films.

His work blended absurdist humor with warmth, influencing generations of comedians.

We watched *Groundhog Day* again—classic Harold Ramis.
