evildoer
One who transgresses
An evildoer is a person who does evil—someone who commits wicked or harmful acts.
The word has an old-fashioned, almost biblical ring to it, appearing more often in religious texts and political rhetoric than everyday speech: The evildoers will be punished.
It's often used with deliberate grandiosity or irony.
