Englander

Person from Britain

An Englander is a person from England.

The term appears most often in compounds: Little Englander describes someone with narrow, insular views resistant to foreign influence or European integration; New Englander refers to someone from the northeastern United States.

On its own, Englander is less common than simply saying an English person or someone from England.
