CB
Trucker radio system
CB is an abbreviation for citizens band, a system of short-range radio communication available to the general public without a license.
CB radios became popular with truckers and drivers in the 1970s, spawning distinctive slang: What's your twenty? (location), breaker breaker (requesting to talk), 10-4 (understood).
The culture faded but CB persists among truckers and hobbyists.
