British Royal Navy
Queen's sea force
The British Royal Navy, usually called simply the Royal Navy, is the naval warfare branch of the United Kingdom's armed forces.
It is one of the world's oldest and historically most powerful navies, having dominated global seas from the 18th through mid-20th centuries and played decisive roles in conflicts from the Napoleonic Wars through both World Wars.
Today it operates aircraft carriers, nuclear submarines, and surface vessels, maintaining the UK's maritime defense and projecting power internationally.
