Anglo-America
Anglophone North America
Anglo-America refers to the parts of North America where English is the dominant language—primarily the United States and Canada, excluding French-speaking Quebec and Spanish-speaking regions.
The term distinguishes English-speaking North America from Latin America: Anglo-America and Latin America have different colonial histories.
