virtual image
Appears behind glass
A virtual image is an image formed where light rays appear to diverge from but don't actually pass through—like your reflection in a mirror.
Unlike a real image, which can be projected onto a screen, a virtual image exists only as perceived by the eye or optical instrument.
The magnifying glass produces a virtual image larger than the object.
