varicoses
Twisted leg veins
Varicoses is the plural of varicosis, a condition in which veins become abnormally dilated, twisted, and visible beneath the skin—most commonly in the legs.
The term is medical and relatively uncommon; the adjective varicose (as in varicose veins) appears far more often in everyday speech.
