Female genital slang
Va-jay-jay is a playful euphemism for vagina, popularized by the television show *Grey's Anatomy* in the mid-2000s.
The cutesy reduplicated form avoids the clinical sound of *vagina* while remaining inoffensive: The doctor asked if I was having any va-jay-jay problems.
It's used mostly by women in casual conversation.
