Upper back pain is discomfort or soreness in the region between the neck and lower back, typically involving the thoracic spine and surrounding muscles.
It often results from poor posture, muscle strain, or prolonged sitting: I've had upper back pain ever since I started working from home.
Less commonly, it signals underlying conditions affecting the spine or internal organs.
