unfrienders
Social media removers
People who unfriend others on social media, removing them from their list of connections.
The term implies a deliberate act of severing digital ties: Serial unfrienders clean out their friend lists every few months.
The word carries a slight sting—being unfriended suggests rejection rather than mere drift.
