traffic-light
Red-yellow-green signal
A traffic light is a signal device at road intersections that uses colored lights—typically red, yellow, and green—to control the flow of vehicles and pedestrians.
Red means stop, green means go, yellow means prepare to stop.
Also called a stoplight or traffic signal.
We sat through three traffic lights before making the turn.
