topping up
Replenishing the supply
Topping up is adding more of something to bring it back to a full or desired level.
You top up a gas tank, a drink, or a phone's prepaid balance.
In British usage especially common: Can I top you up? means offering to refill someone's glass.
The phrase implies restoration rather than initial filling—returning something to where it was or should be.
