teller window
Transaction service point
A teller window is the counter or booth at a bank where customers conduct transactions with a bank teller—deposits, withdrawals, check cashing.
The term evokes the traditional setup of glass partitions separating customers from employees: She waited in line for the next available teller window.
Drive-through lanes at banks are sometimes called drive-up teller windows.
