sway bar
Suspension torsion link
A sway bar is a metal rod connecting opposite wheels of a vehicle, designed to reduce body roll during turns.
When the car leans, the bar twists and transfers force to the other side, keeping the vehicle more level.
Also called an anti-roll bar or stabilizer bar.
The mechanic replaced the worn sway bar bushings.
