Spinning line cutter
A string trimmer is a handheld power tool that cuts grass and weeds using a rapidly spinning flexible line rather than a metal blade.
The line whips through vegetation at high speed, making it safer near fences, trees, and flower beds than a mower.
Also called a weed whacker, weed eater, or strimmer (British): I used the string trimmer to clean up along the fence line.
