spiral horns
Corkscrew antelope features
Spiral horns are horns that twist in a corkscrew or helical pattern as they grow, found on certain antelopes and wild goats.
The kudu, with its elegant spiraling horns, is perhaps the most recognizable example.
The spiral structure may help lock horns during combat or simply result from asymmetric growth patterns.
The trophy hunter prized spiral horns above all others.
