speed laces
No-tie shoe closures
Speed laces are lacing systems designed for quick tightening and release, typically using elastic cord with a toggle lock instead of traditional shoelaces that require tying.
Popular with runners and triathletes who need to slip shoes on and off rapidly: I switched to speed laces so I wouldn't waste time in transitions.
