sociopathy
Antisocial personality disorder
Sociopathy is a pattern of antisocial behavior marked by disregard for others' rights and feelings, lack of remorse, and manipulative or deceitful conduct.
The term is informal and largely interchangeable with psychopathy in everyday use, though some distinguish sociopathy as more environmentally caused.
Clinical terminology now favors antisocial personality disorder: His sociopathy made him incapable of genuine relationships.
