skin grafting
Dermal transplant procedure
Skin grafting is a surgical procedure in which skin is transplanted from one area of the body to another, or from a donor, to repair wounds, burns, or areas where skin has been lost.
The transplanted tissue is called a graft.
The burn victim required extensive skin grafting on her arms and back.
