side control
Crossbody chest pin
Side control is a dominant ground position in grappling martial arts like Brazilian jiu-jitsu and wrestling, where one fighter lies chest-to-chest across an opponent who is on their back, pinning them while remaining perpendicular to their body.
From side control, the top fighter can apply submissions or transition to other positions: He passed the guard and settled into side control.
