screen prints
Ink-through-mesh images
Screen prints are images produced by forcing ink through a mesh stencil onto a surface beneath—a technique also called silk screening or serigraphy.
The method produces bold, flat colors and is used for posters, T-shirts, and fine art.
Andy Warhol's celebrity portraits are famous screen prints.
The verb form is screen-print: We screen-printed the band's logo onto hoodies.
