reverse lunge
Rearward single-leg squat
A reverse lunge is an exercise where you step backward into a lunge position rather than forward, lowering your body until both knees bend to roughly ninety degrees, then pushing back to standing.
The backward step puts less stress on the front knee than a forward lunge, making it easier to control.
Three sets of ten reverse lunges on each leg.
