retro gaming
Playing old classics
Retro gaming is playing video games from earlier eras—typically games or consoles at least two decades old.
The term covers both original hardware and modern emulation: I got into retro gaming after finding my dad's old Atari.
What counts as "retro" shifts over time; games from the PlayStation era now qualify for many enthusiasts.
