rest home
Seniors' care facility
A rest home is a residential facility providing care for elderly or chronically ill people who need assistance with daily activities but not intensive medical treatment.
The term is somewhat old-fashioned, now often replaced by "nursing home" or "assisted living facility": After her stroke, we moved Grandma to a rest home.
