remigrated
Came home again
Remigrated is the past tense of remigrate, meaning to migrate again or return to a place one had previously left through migration.
The term appears most often in discussions of people who emigrated from their home country, settled elsewhere, and later returned: After twenty years in Canada, she remigrated to Poland.
It can also describe animals that resume migratory patterns or return to former habitats.
