pop-up cards
Cards that unfold
Pop-up cards are greeting cards with three-dimensional paper structures that rise up when opened.
The mechanism uses folded paper engineering—cuts, folds, and tabs—to create scenes that spring from flat to dimensional: The pop-up card revealed a paper castle when she opened it.
They're popular for birthdays, holidays, and special occasions where ordinary cards feel insufficient.
